Spring Polish Trends for 2011

Spring promises changes, new beginnings and warmer weather. Of course it also means new polishes colors will be put on the forefront and flaunted. Typically in spring there are tons of sheer polishes, pretty pinks, and of course pastels. The Warmer the weather the brighter the seasons colors.

Pale Blues When I think of spring I think of plants starting to grow and baby birds chirping. Robins egg and pale blue (think tiffanys box's). Golds Try using a super rich looking shimmer or frost shade to look elegant. Im not really a huge fan of gold especially when it looks to heavy or too much like chirstmas. But if done right it can look super cool for warmer weather. More delicate lighter hues can be better with a shimmer or frost finish look. For this trend remember think fine, not chunky glitter. Sand Tropez

The other day I went to Rite Aid after work saw Esssie's Spring collection out. The collection its self is called a french affair and has some cute colors for spring and warmer weather. Topless and Barefoot and NIce is Nice stood out to me but the color I went for immediately was Sand Tropez.

The color its self is a nice creamy beige color. The polish is nice and opaque with two coats and the color is very cute and creamy. I honestly adore this color and the nude color is perfect for spring.

Barbie Pink

Pink is always in,  you can wear it all year round. Hot pinks will be in and pinks of all shades will be in. (not that they ever completely go out of style) Hot pink and bubble gum hues scream fun and feminine.
